Other 3800 powered vehicles are welcome to attend. Drag racing for non-W Body's will start at 4:00pm. Raffles, door prizes, and all other events are open to ALL that are registered.

OZARK INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY IS A 1/4 MILE DRAG STRIP

When paying either the spectator or racing fees, you are entitled to race until 10:00pm.

W Body's can race from 2:00pm until 10:00pm
Other BGPM registered participants can race from 4:00pm until 10:00pm

We will be racing both a "Bracket" style race and "Heads Up" style combined to ensure all bases are covered. While a stock GT does not stand a chance against a stock GXP, we have leveled the playing field. Each racer will decide a "Dial In" before the first race. If you go faster than your dial in, you lose automatically (This is the Bracket portion).

Now it really does not seem fair either that a stock GT can beat a fully modded GTP, so we are also going to have an award for the fastest modified period, as well as the fastest stock. So as you can see we are trying to accomidate all the racers. Once we are done with the Bracket racing, we will switch over to Heads Up racing and you can try to beat your best time and pair up with whoever you want.

There will also be an award for the quickest reaction time that is open to all racers.

For the drag race, if you have any modifications done to your car to make it faster, your modified.

Trophies may be changed based on the level of participation. There must be at least 3 participants in the class for a trophie or prize to be awarded.

Car Show

Spectators will still vote in the "Peoples Choice" award. Trophies will be awarded for the following classes:

97-03 Stock Grand Prix
97-03 Modified Grand Prix
04-07 Stock Grand Prix
04-07 Modified Grand Prix
Other Participants

Classes may change, such as seperating into SE, GT, GTP and GXP classes as well as adding classes for the Other Participants based on participation.

For the car show, if you have any modifications that alter the appearance of the car, your modified.

Trophies may be changed based on the level of participation. There must be at least 3 participants in the class for a trophie or prize to be awarded.

Sound Competition

This year we have a Db meter and will be using it to measure how loud your system can get. We will also be judging for the quality of the sound. Each participant will be allowed to adjust their sound systems for max performance using a CD supplied by the judges. Each car will be judged using the same song from the same CD so that mixing levels are standard. Classes are as follows:

Novice Class (under 500 watts Total RMS power)
Pro Class (Over 500 watts Total RMS power)

(Total RMS power = RMS value based on a 4ohm load, of all amps used including the head unit)

Classes may change based on the level of participation.

Trophies may be changed based on the level of participation. There must be at least 3 participants in the class for a trophie or prize to be awarded.
