Thank you for taking the time to consider sponsoring the Branson Grand Prix Meet. Over the last 3 year's we have had over 200 people registered and 100+ cars in attendance from model year 1997 to 2008. We were able to raise over $4500.00 which was donated to the Victory Junction Gang, and none of this would have been possible without sponsors like you. With the sucess of last years event, we expect to almost double the attendance at this years event.

Starting in 2009, we will open BGPM to all 3800 cars to help the sponsors and increase the fun.

This year there will again be 3 levels of sponsorship.

 

Platinum

Donation of $500.00 (Retail) or more in goods and/or services.

Your company will be added to the official event shirt, put on event banners, event flyers and the official web site.

The event staff will also pay for 1/2 of a standard room rate of your sponsor room, if staying at
The Fall Creek Inn.

(This year the standard room rate was $45.00 per night. If the rate stays the same, the staff will pay $22.50 per night for the 2008 event)

Gold

Donation of $250.00 to $499.99 (Retail) in goods and/or services.

Your company will be added to the official event banner, the event flyers and the official web site.

Silver

Any donation up to $249.99 (Retail) for goods and/or services

Your company will be added to the official web site.

We ask that if you choose to contribute that you please have items shipped to the following address by August 1st, 2009 so that the event planning can be finalized. If shipping information is not received by August 01, 2009 your company may not appear on the Banners and T-Shirts if applicable
